About RMS Founded in 1998 in Redding, California, RMS is a family-owned medical billing company dedicated to helping physicians get paid accurately and on time. Since becoming a family business in 2001, we have grown through trust, results, and long-term relationships—not advertising. Today, we provide medical billing services for medical offices nationwide, handling patient data entry, diagnosis and procedure coding, claim submission, and persistent follow-up with insurance companies.
